Shipping and Handling We ship most items via US Postal Service Priority Mail (larger, heavier items such as zabuton or benches may be shipped via UPS Ground service). Your products will arrive at their destination in about 2 to 7 days depending on the shipping location. Occasionally it may take longer. If you need a delivery by a specific date, please call and speak directly with our staff. Shipping charges are based on weight, with the exception of books which are priced per piece to reduce the cost. Exchanges and Returns We want you to be completely satisfied. If you try a product and it does not meet your satisfaction, you can return it. Please notify us of your intention to return an item within 3 days of receipt of item. All items must be returned within 10 business days of receipt. Ensure that the item is clean, repack neatly, and ship prepaid and insured at the surface rate. Please tell us whether you want a refund, exchange, or credit, and why you are not satisfied, so that we can improve our service to you. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it is damaged or altered. In the event of our shipping error or if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will reimburse your return shipping cost and offer an exchange or full refund. International Orders Purchasers from outside the United States, please order by phone. For international orders, shipping charges will be based on the actual postage plus a $25.00 handling charge. International orders may take 3 weeks or longer to arrive, depending on the country and shipping method. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs offices may sometimes hold shipments indefinitely; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
